Lead and scale our San Francisco / North Bay region from our SF club. Own strategy, operations, and P&L end-to-end while building high-performing teams, launching impactful initiatives, and driving durable, profitable growth in a priority market.

About the Role

Own all dinners in the SF / North Bay region end-to-end. Build and lead the region, own P&L, and scale toward profitability from our San Francisco club location.

Compensation

Own a % of your region's revenue. Potential: $1M+ and meaningful equity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the San Francisco / North Bay region’s performance end-to-end, including revenue, operations, and profitability
  • Recruit, develop, and lead exceptional cross-functional teams
  • Launch and scale strategic 0→1 initiatives that accelerate regional growth
  • Maintain full ownership of regional P&L with accountability for aggressive financial targets
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape market strategy, expansion, and long-term regional vision
  • Build operational infrastructure that enables consistency, efficiency, and premium member experiences
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and community leaders across the region
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and market penetration

Qualifications

  • Director-level experience or higher, ideally within a high-growth or large-scale Bay Area organization (1,000+ employees preferred)
  • Proven history of building and scaling 0→1 businesses, regions, or product lines
  • Exceptional leadership presence with strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
  • Deep financial and operational expertise with direct ownership of business outcomes
  • Engineering or technical leadership background strongly preferred
  • Highly strategic thinker paired with a hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
