Summary
Own and scale our Peninsula region from our Santa Clara location. As General Manager, you will lead regional strategy, operations, and P&L end-to-end while building exceptional teams and driving the region toward sustained profitability.
About the Role
Own all dinners in the South Bay region end-to-end. Build and lead the region, own P&L, and scale toward profitability from our Santa Clara club location.
Compensation
Own a % of your region's revenue. Potential: $1M+ and meaningful equity.
Responsibilities
- Own the Peninsula region’s performance end-to-end, including revenue, operations, and profitability
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams across the region
- Design and scale 0→1 initiatives that unlock growth and operational leverage
- Manage regional P&L and implement strategies to achieve aggressive financial targets
- Partner closely with executive leadership to define regional strategy and expansion plans
- Establish and refine operational systems to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience
- Lead relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community leaders throughout the Peninsula
Qualifications
- Director-level experience or higher, preferably at a Bay Area company with 1,000+ employees
- Demonstrated success building and scaling 0→1 initiatives
- Exceptional people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial and operational acumen with ownership of outcomes
- Engineering or technical leadership background strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader comfortable operating in high-growth environments
