Summary
Lead and scale our East Bay region from our Pleasanton location. As General Manager, you will own regional performance end-to-end — from operational excellence to P&L — while building high-performing teams and driving sustainable profitability.

Own all dinners in the East Bay region end-to-end. Build and lead the region, own P&L, and scale toward profitability from our Pleasanton club location.
Compensation
Own a % of your region's revenue. Potential: $1M+ and meaningful equity.
Responsibilities
- Own the East Bay region’s performance end-to-end, including revenue, operations, and profitability
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams
- Launch and scale new initiatives that drive measurable business impact
- Oversee regional P&L and implement strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Partner with executive leadership to define regional strategy and expansion plans
- Establish operational best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality member experiences
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community leaders
Qualifications
- Director-level experience or higher, preferably at a Bay Area company with 1,000+ employees
- Proven track record of building and scaling 0→1 initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with experience owning financial outcomes
- Engineering or technical leadership background strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
